The Hobart Motor Scooter Club meets the second Sunday of the month for a ride and lunch.
We have members of a wide age range, and scooters on our rides from 90cc upwards. Learners and P platers are welcome, as we generally do not travel faster than 80km/h on our rides. Yearly membership is $15, which includes a monthly newsletter and a colour club calendar at the end of the year. Classy embroidered club patches are available for $8, printed number plate frames are $9, and printed weatherproof stickers are $4. Club T-shirts can be ordered through my online T-shirt shop here.
Our meeting place is Kennedy Lane, off Salamanca Place, Hobart. It is a pedestrian entry to Salamanca Square, so please park close to the wall to avoid obstruction. Meeting time is 10.30am, and we generally try to leave on our ride at approximately 11am. Lunch is usually available at our destination. We have a club barbeque in December, and attend the Toy Run as a group.
